Throughout this comprehensive, hands-on course you will learn:

  • Reflexology theory and routine for both feet and hands

  • Massage theory and full body routine

  • Essential oil theory and practical including massage, inhalations, compresses

  • How to carry out a treatments safely, professionally, and effectively

  • How to adapt treatments to suit individual client needs

  • Client care and consultation skills

  • Business practice advice for setting up and running your Complementary Therapies practice

How You’ll Be Assessed

  • Theory tests

  • Practical assessments

  • 2 multiple-choice Anatomy & Physiology exams

Home Study

To support your learning and build practical experience, you will be required to:

  • Complete case studies as follows:

    • 100 Reflexology treatments

    • 30 Massage treatments

    • 60 Aromatherapy treatments

  • Submit written assignments and home study tasks

Anatomy and Physiology learning is embedded within the course but is completed by on-line study and 2 final multiple exams.

Entry Requirements

  • L3 Anatomy & Physiology, this can be done prior to starting or alongside the course

  • A good level of English ideally GCSE Grade 4/Cor above
